Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after they are successfully placed. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take a little longer depending on the availability of our courier partners.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to follow your order until it reaches your doorstep.
If you don't receive your tracking details within the expected time, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Delivery Information
To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
If our delivery partner is unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or any other reason beyond our control, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately. Please share clear photographs of the package so that we can investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
