At HerbMitra, your satisfaction means a great deal to us. Every order is carefully packed and checked before it leaves our facility. However, if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was leaked or damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To help us verify your request, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product

The unboxing video is required to help us investigate and process claims related to damaged, leaked, or incorrect products.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain product quality and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Orders placed by mistake or changed your mind after purchase.

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we'll arrange a replacement for the affected product at no additional cost.

Our priority is always to replace the product and ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

Refund Policy

If a replacement product is unavailable or the same issue persists after replacement, we'll process a refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear in your account.
