At HerbMitra, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, we'll do our best to help.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order only before it has been packed or dispatched from our facility.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as it is already on its way to the delivery address provided during checkout.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and the email address or phone number used while placing the order.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if:
- The order has already been packed or dispatched.
- The order is already out for delivery.
- The product has already been delivered.
